Q: I Don’t Understand Your Sizing Chart.

A: If you lay out flat a shirt you own now that is comfortable and measure across at the bottom of the sleeves, you should be able to find something very close on our chart that will work for you. Remember, the measurements in the chart are for the shirt, not the person that is meant to wear it.

 Q: How Do I Return or Exchange My Shirt?

A: Please email us at support@gettingnauti.com and let us know what the problem is! We will work with you to correct the issue. Please remember, these are custom printed shirts, made to order. Once printed, we cannot un-print them or return them to stock. So, we will work to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase!

ALL refunds are given in store credit!  If a refund is determined to be warranted, we will process a store credit for the original price of the shirt as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process once we have issued them. If you would like to make an exchange, please make sure to include payment information for return shipping. (Either an email linked to PayPal or card information.)  Shipping charges will NOT be refunded!

If your return is approved, your credit will be processed, and your credit issued. If a consumer has returned more than one order, returned used items, or initiated a charge-back, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Q: How Do I Return or Exchange My Non-Apparel Item?

A: Please email us at service@gettingnauti.com and let us know what the problem is! We will work with you to correct the issue. Products returned must be returned in new, resaleable condition.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and contain all original tags. Once your product is received and inspected, a credit for your original purchase price, less shipping, will be issued and you will receive an email with the credit information.

  • All exchanges will be processed as a store credit.
  • Return time frame starts from original purchase date.
  • Getting Nauti is NOT liable for any items lost in transit. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
  • Original expedited shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
  • Please allow 30 days for credit to clear once received.
  • Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to restocking fee (20%).
  • Return policy subject to change without notice.

 Q: How Long Does Shipping Usually Take?

A: Shipping times can vary. Currently, our apparel is shipping within 7 days.  Custom Sterling Jewelry is made to order, and ships in 2-3 weeks.  Decals are shipped once per week from our Lincoln, NE office.

Q: My Order Is Showing "In-Transit" by USPS But Isn't Moving?

 A:  During COVID-19 we have seen several areas of the country more severely impacted than others.  This includes USPS and their ability to process the volume of orders being sent.  We have seen USPS delays from a few days to several weeks.  Rest assured, these delayed orders DO get delivered.

Unfortunately, we have no control over USPS or their shipping and receiving times.  Once an item is shipped we cannot change, recall, or refund an order until final determination on the shipment has been made.

 Q: There Is A Faint Outline Around My T-Shirt Design.

A: Some shirts are pre-treated prior to printing. Don’t worry, it will disappear the first time you wash the shirt.

 Q: You Made a Mistake on My Order.

A: Oops! While this doesn’t happen often, no one is perfect, and we apologize for any occasions where this occurs. Email support@gettingnauti.com and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) call you to correct it.

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's the rest of my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

Q: I purchased a clearance, sale, WYSIWYG, or custom item and would like to return or exchange it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items.  

Q: I had a coupon code but forgot to enter it at checkout, what do I do?

Unfortunately, our system is unable to apply coupon codes after the order has been placed. We must be able to keep a record within in your order of what code was used, and that record can only be applied at checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 Q: Who comes up with your designs?

We do!  They usually start with a concept or idea and evolve as we go through the process of drawing it out.  Ideas strike at the strangest times, and some of the best ones come from out of nowhere when you least expect it.
